Leap Finance - Performance Marketing Manager - SEM (2-5 yrs)
About the Role:
We are looking for a smart and resourceful individual who will take care of the Google SEM scenario for Leap
The charter for this role will include:
- Handling the SEM Business for Counselling
- Executing tests, collecting and analyzing data, identifying trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns.
- Tracking, reporting and analyzing website analytics, pay-per-click (PPC) initiatives and campaigns
Ideal Persona:
- Two years minimum experience in SEM Marketing
- Should have handled large marketing budget scenarios
- Should have experience with Startups in Series C and above conditions
- Marketing agency experience would be preferred
- Everyone at Leap is entrepreneurial, moves fast and operates with extreme ownership.
There is minimal management and extreme autonomy.
