About the Role:

We are looking for an exceptional design leader, who will guide our young and enthusiastic team to becoming the best in the industry.

We are revamping our products. Our team is ready to take up the challenge.

The charter for this role include:

- Driving user engagement with design led products/solutions

- Building a design first thinking culture across the organization

- Managing and growing our young team of designers

- Building processes, measuring efficiency, introducing frameworks, regular trainings

- Building a strong design hiring culture

- Managing key stakeholders - Product, Tech, Business, etc

Ideal Persona:

- At least 5+yrs of product design (UI/UX) experience

- At least 3+ years in B2C and at least 2+yrs in managing teams

- Built and managed a team of 5+ product designers

- Witnessed both 0-1 and 1-n journeys of high quality internet products

P.S. We will not bore you with requirements about Figma, Adobe, etc. They are just tools :)
