Roles & Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Business team and employees to improve workplace relationships, build morale, and boost productivity and retention
- Provide day-to-day guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions, etc.)
- Innovate & implement employee engagement strategies, and execution
- Mediate and resolve employee relations issues; conduct thorough and objective investigations as and when necessary
- Proactively assess team and manager development needs, recommend and implement relevant solutions through training programs
- Evaluate and monitor the training programs to ensure success
- Employer branding
- Monitoring Employee NPS
Ideal Persona:
- Someone who has worked in an employee-centric fast-paced startup environment
- 2-5 years of experience as an HRBP or similar role
- Excels at driving positive culture, employee engagement, policies, and first principle problem solving through a fairness lens
- Someone with Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
