THIS IS A FULL-TIME POSITION, BASED IN BANGALORE, INDIA THE ROLE : - Set up a sales / support center from scratch. Hire and guide a team of customer support and sales executives to counsel students to avail an Education Loan. - Counsel prospective borrowers to help them understand how they should approach their loan decision, solve their issues(including ones related to product/application) and guide them to make the loan decision - Identify and understand where a prospective borrower is wrt to decision making, what would make them make an informed decision in favor of Leap Finance and take/execute required action/activities accordingly - Monitor and manage a number of moving parts at any given moment, such as interviews with borrowers, the collection of user feedback, and reporting of funnel - Set daily, weekly and monthly goals/KPIs for the team, generate metrics and reports for tracking progress and performance, allocate resources and identify improvements needed in processes. - Provide mentoring, guidance that align with the personal and career growth goals of team members while also delivering on business goals and targets. THE QUALIFICATIONS : - 5+ years of operations/project management in a start-up is desirable and at least 1-2 years of experience in a high-touch, fast-paced environment. - 3+ years of experience with hiring, people management and team building - Must know how to set up a sales / support centre from scratch - Must be familiar with CRM tools as well as tactical solutions - Must be familiar with call center - telephony integration (CTI ) technology / Dialler software etc. - Should be able to close leads over the phone - Good people manager - must be able to lead a team of 10-12 agents - Excellent communication - Target Oriented
