Chief of Staff to the Founder's Office About the Role : We are looking for an energetic, strategic and self-motivated chief-of-staff to the Founder's Office The charter for this role will include : - Work on new experiments which are strategically important to the company - Serve as a thought partner and strategic advisor to Founder, standing in on meetings, challenging ideas and following up on action items with the team accordingly - Track progress of critical initiatives in the company and solve challenges - Do market research, competitor research and user research as needed - Provide insight and feedback to leaders to assist with the decision-making process Ideal Persona : - A mix of execution ability (owning metrics, getting things done) AND strategic experience ( consulting stint / strategy stint) is a must-have - 3+ Years of overall experience - Excellent first principles problem solving - Extremely resourceful, great at getting stuff done - Great stakeholder management (manage up, down, internal & external stakeholders) - Excellent at communication & simplifying things - Entrepreneurial experience or 0-&gt;1 experience is a huge plus - Everyone at Leap is entrepreneurial, moves fast and operates with extreme ownership. - There is minimal management and extreme autonomy.
