About the Role :

The senior digital marketing manager will be responsible for designing & executing strategies to maximise customer acquisition for Leap Scholar. We are looking for a rockstar with an aptitude for data-analysis and a passion for continuously improving business metrics using effective marketing. You will hold a high bar for measurement of marketing activities and will define success metrics, measurement methods and reporting processes for your efforts.

The charter for this role will include:

- Own all paid digital marketing channels including Google Search, Instagram, Facebook, Youtube and other ad platforms

- Manage campaigns from ideation to media planning, creative communication and conversion rate optimization

- Obsession around customer behaviour & segmentation to deliver ambitious marketing efficiency goals

- Collaborate with business, product, creative and tech teams to drive high ROI from all media spends

- Coach a high performing digital marketing team that leads the market in first principle problem solving

Ideal Persona :

- 4+ years of proven experience of delivering business results from paid digital marketing in a search driven industry like education, travel, real estate or automotive

- In-depth knowledge of analytics, attribution & dashboarding tool like Mixpanel, GA, Metabase, Google Data Studio, Branch

- Experience of hiring, grooming and managing digital marketers

- Hands on expertise of running campaigns, data analytics and dashboard presentation to business leaders

- Everyone at Leap is entrepreneurial, moves fast and operates with extreme ownership. There is minimal management and extreme autonomy.
