Lean Lead - Enterprise Risk Team (7-14 yrs)
Job Description:
Lead the Enterprise Risk Team for adoption and implementation of lean strategy across the company supporting the CRO.
Responsibilities
- Lead the evangelisation of LEAN concepts throughout the businesses and the functions
- Work closely with the businesses and functions and external consultants to drive the adoption and implementation of LEAN as a strategy
- Bring subject matter expertise on how LEAN can be used to identify assess and improve processes that bring value to the enterprise
- Bring disruptions to the businesses and functions to improve the overall value the function/business to the company
- Being a core team member within the ERM team who understands the business and is able to contribute to the objectives of process efficiencies
- Reviews existing processes and creates continuous improvement strategies and plans in collaboration with the businesses and functions
- Leads the ERM lean team which will work closely with the functions and monitor projects
- Tracks the monthly performance in LEAN implementation and Continuous Improvement projects and value delivered to show value from them
