Leadzpipe - Co-Founder/Chief Technical Officer/Technical Lead

- At Leadzpipe we are transforming the way Digital Advertisers optimise their marketing efforts. Most Fortune 1000 to SME Advertisers are still guessing (we have facts and studies that prove this) what is working and not working for them and we want to take the guess work out, bring complete transparency and accuracy in helping advertisers scale their Ads and ROI to support their marketing goals.

- We have over 300 users from 25 countries using our product right now.

- Over 20% are paid while we are still in beta.

Your position will be: Co-Founder / Chief Technical Officer/ Technical Lead/

Work experience: 6-12 years (Work experience from a startup is a plus)

Education qualification: BTech/BEng in Computer Science/ MSc

- Ability to lead the technology part of the startups and envision the product as per the overall vision.

- You constantly keep yourself updated with all new trends, technologies, and approaches that could make our product better.

- You should be able to develop a team and nurture their talent while working towards startup goals.

- You should be able to organize yourself and the team to complete the entire tasks at hand in a timely and cost-efficient manner without compromising the quality.

- Good Communications: You should have good written and verbal communication skills. You will be responsible to understand the domain requirements and work closely with the founder on product development. You should be able to generate thought leadership content that may help you position yourself and startup as a tech leader in the Digital Advertising space.

- Entrepreneur Mindset: You should be a problem solver, customer-centric, goal-oriented, positive thinker, flexible, all about action and team player who can work smartly to turn adversities into new opportunities.

You will be a great match if:

- You have prior experience in building a SAAS product or you have contributed in building a SAAS infrastructure.

- You have deep expertise and understanding of Natural language Processing. You must have hands-on experience in developing and maintaining NLP based project that includes text classification, information extraction, relationship extraction, language modeling, Information retrieval, summarization, shallow parsing, automated indexing, and unsupervised clustering.

- You must be able to use AWS and server architecture.

- You would need to build best in class backend and database architecture that could be scalable as our product is improved.

You shall be responsible for :

- Establishing our technical vision and lead all aspects of our technology. Take ownership of the end-to-end availability and performance of our product. Prepare technology strategy and design the solutions for scalability keeping in mind all the present and future requirements as per the company's budget.

- Building a solid team and responsible for creating a positive work environment. Help our start-up build a brand name in the ADTECH and MARTECH domain and help the founder maintain a healthy relationship with the clients and all the stakeholders.

- Work closely with the founder on important decision-making, understand the domain requirements and come up with the MVP product that solves the pain point of targeted end-users. Also, Shaping the product as per the user's feedback to make it market fit.
