- With the recent Series B round of $32 million, the goal is to strengthen the platform & product suite and expand business internationally to establish as a leader in SalesTech space.

The Role :

- We are looking for a seasoned engineering leader to lead the development of our field force platform that comprises of Android and iOS apps, and the backend platform powering these apps. Examples of such backend services are location tracking, location intelligence, notifications platform, and analytics & dashboarding.

Some of the core areas of responsibility would be:

- Manage multiple engineering teams, work closely with them to deliver world-class, scalable and reliable software.

- Defined best practices around code, design, architecture, testability, CI/CD and observability, and ensure 100% alignment to them.

- Work with the executive leadership and product management teams to understand the short-term and long-term product roadmap and align that with the technical/non-functional roadmap that you will develop.

- Own the KPI dashboard for the entire product suite - define measures, set goals, report on progress and drive KPI improvements.

- Create long-term plans of developing core engineering and leadership in-house

- Constantly engage with key customers to solicit direct feedback on products and features.

- Build and maintain a highly customer-centric culture than - new technology- culture.

Key Requirements :

- 12+ years of experience in developing, architecting and releasing enterprise business applications.

- Experience in building scalable and high-throughput backend systems.

- Good understanding of how mobile applications work.

- A hands-on leader, who believes in solving problems and enabling teams for success.

- Deep understanding of SaaS, AWS Cloud and building scalable cloud-native applications.

- Experience of managing multiple product teams and deliver high-quality software releases per agreed plan.

- Hands-on experience in managing releases, production environments and cloud operations.

- Exceptionally well-organized with zero tolerance of leakage of any commitments

- Ability to inspire success with calm, thoughtful and decisive leadership during stressful events.

- Exceptional listening, presentation and communication skills
