The Role: - Design and develop the Configurable elements in a SAAS Application to meet certain business needs. They test, integrate, and program software systems to ensure that specific business issues are solved. Build and integrate different systems to meet the company's needs, testing and integrating program software systems to address and solve specific business problems within an organization. Need to work with organization's leaders to identify problems and then work with our IT Team to address those problems with innovative software solutions. - Analyze current technologies used within the company and determine ways to improve - Provides technical consultation on various aspects of the product and solutions based on the customer's business requirements - Create, run and present a measurable BRD/FSD (Blueprint) that aligns a customer's technical business needs to that of the Solutions - Responsible for designing/architecting the solution and development part with the help of development for large-scale customers; - Validates solution components and provide solution walkthrough with customer; Identify technical issues / risks and present alternatives to alleviate or resolve - Guide and support team across multiple client engagements by providing technical thought leadership and guide team on standard methodologies for design & development. - Design and Develop complex Integrations using APIs and Middlwares from external Apps and build within LApps and Marketplace capabilities You'll Need : - Must carry 3+ Years experience - Project management and leadership skills are essential - Experience developing IT and cloud infrastructure - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering preferred - Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node (Developer skills) is a must - Current understanding of best practices regarding system security measures - Positive outlook in meeting challenges and working to a high level - Advanced understanding of business analysis techniques and processes - Professional experience working with and analyzing computer hardware and software - Extensive knowledge and experience working with operating systems What we're looking for: Fire in the belly, structured thinking, intellectual curiosity, a drive to deliver, exceptional accountability and humility.
