We are looking for a seasoned professional for our technical recruitment team, and help build a great engineering team. The leader will work with the technical hiring team and drive hiring within agreed SLA. The individual will closely work with the engineering team leadership, adapt to business needs and priorities. The role is also responsible to build a short term and long term hiring strategy, so there is clarity on how technical talent can be attracted and hired. Requirements : - 4+ years of experience in hiring talent for software product companies across product development/Startups across product development, testing, product management, UI/UX, Sales, Success, Support and management roles - Good knowledge of SaaS, Cloud, UI/UX and skills required to succeed as a product engineer. - Experience in interviewing and recruiting experienced and fresh graduates - Excellent communication skills - Proven experience of leading and motivating a recruitment team - Ability to work closely with the engineering team leadership and adapt to business needs and priorities
