Job Description :


- We are looking for a strong, independent, and innovative thinker in the CEO's office. You will be working directly with org / functional leaders to help solve problems.

- You'll be responsible for identifying the key problems, setting the priorities, coming up with solutions, and driving implementation in different types of projects.

- Will be to assist the CEO in various internal and external initiatives - including strategy, incubation and execution of special projects.

- Someone looking for "exact" fix role won't fit. Need someone who can easily sail through ambiguity.

You'll Need :

3-5 years of total work experience with the following :

- 2-4 years of experience in management consulting from top tier firms.

- Experience in startups/tech companies in similar roles will be great.

- Preferably candidates with MBA from top tier institutes

- Sales and business acumen

- Outstanding leadership and organizational skills

- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

- Superior problem-solving and project management skills

- Strong track record with proven growth in your current organisation

- Solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high-impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward.
