The Role : We are looking for an individual who is adept at data analysis and can drive business value by collecting, analyzing and reporting on data. Specifically, we are looking for someone to analyze our product usage, cloud costs and engineering operations and help the teams and leadership learn more about areas of improvement. The role involves these key activities : - Use Pendo to learn product usage and develop relevant reports to learn trends in LeadSquared usage and identify anomalies, predict churn. - Capture all the cost data from Amazon Web Services to understand the cloud usage and report on cost trends, identify areas to cut costs - Capture metrics from all the engineering teams and help identify areas of improvement through management reporting. Requirements : - 1+ years of experience in business data analysis - Strong analytical and data interpretation skills - Solid expertise in Excel and exposure to any cloud-based reporting platform such as PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik etc. - Very good communication and documentation skills. - Ability to collect, analyse and present data in a way that it creates a coherent story - Very well-organized
