Base Qualifications : - 8+ years of sales experience (business development / key account management) in software or IT services or business consulting industry/profession - Should have clients or sold to enterprise customers across North India - Should have deep knowledge in Software sales - ability to articulate customer operations processes in the industry - Should have carried a quota of at least a $1 Million - Should have managed teams of at least 3-4 team members reporting directly into the person - Should be a team player who can interface with pre-sales, solutions, inside sales, marketing and sales development teams - Should be comfortable in starting out in a IC role but graduating into a leadership role - Background knowledge of CRM, ERPs &amp; Marketing Automation space is a must. - Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
