Job Responsibilities : - Drive engagement across the customer lifecycle to reduce churn. - Develop the right communication to assist customers with onboarding, product adoption, regular best practices and renewals. - Organize internal and external events like periodical webinars and annual meetups, to help with product adoption and retention. - Understand customer pain points and undertake initiatives to combat shortcomings, if any. - Support the marketing team in gathering reviews from customers, for third-party review sites. Qualifications : - Minimum 2+ years of experience in marketing and communications. Previous experience in the area of customer communication, would be a bonus. - Must be comfortable using email campaign tools, which is essential to execute said responsibilities. - Excels in written communication. Must have command over the English language. - Degree in Marketing, Business or Communications. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
