Job Description

LeadSquared is looking for a senior Partner Growth Manager for our North American market who will be driving the success and sales through industry specific channel partners.

Role and Responsibilities:

- Manage partnerships and build growth plans for partners that support LeadSquared growth objectives.

- Make sure that the end customers and getting desired and promised value out of LeadSquared.

- Become a product expert with a clear understanding of product functionalities, competitive landscape, market positioning, product-market fit, and so on

- Track record of meeting or exceeding target assigned for direct or indirect sales

- Build a complete relationship map of the GSI accounts across functions, geos and business units.

- Work seamlessly with internal functions such as presales, sales, marketing, and support to ensure good support for partners and customers

- Build a roadmap for practice development within each partner managed

- Establish leadership connect between both the organizations

- Build and maintain a live partner plan which includes targets, business development goals and GMT clarity

- Ensure mutually beneficial business model is created

- Own end to end of the partner program - including elements of commercial, legal (with support from legal counsels), sales and partner management

- Discover and implement new / market-specific lead generation exercises to, working closely with marketing teams and partner companies

- Ensure inbound leads for partners are handled with care and maintain and deliver a conversion target for each partner

- Ensure partner enablement across sales, pre-sales and implementation (or as required) through proper training and coaching.

- Work with partners to support all queries & manage escalations from partners/customers.

Requirements

- Top communication skills. US experience is preferred.

- MBA-Tier 1 is preferred.

- Ability to think strategically and manage complex projects and engagements.

- Strong organizational skills with an ability to bring order within chaos, and predictability within ambiguity.

- Passion for technology and for pushing new concepts, products and services.

- 6 - 8 years' experience (in sales or customer success), ideally in CRM or SaaS/ ITeS application sales.

- Experience of working with channel partnerships is added advantage.
