Job Description : This role is a senior engineering leadership role, reporting directly into the CTO & Co-Founder.

The incumbent will be responsible for :

- Providing technical oversight to multiple product aligned teams

- Overseeing the fundamental design and development of various mainline products

- Working with some of the brightest minds, creating customized solutions for various clients leveraging cutting edge technology like AI, ML & Robotics

Description :

- Providing technical leadership to the multiple product aligned teams

- Looking into customization of different products as per client requirements

- Overseeing the fundamental design and development of various mainline products

- Ensuring swift and highly accurate testing and delivery timelines are met, as per global standards

- Leading a highly skilled set of EMs, TLs, Architects and engineers

Profile :

Must Haves :

- BE/BTech from pedigree institutions (IITs, NITs, BITS)

- 18+ years of experience in product development setups

- Prior experience leading large engineering teams (min 70 members strong)

- Exposure in a start-up environment with hands on knowledge of SaaS products

- Track record of managing globally distributed teams

Good to Haves :

- 3-4 years served as a CTO/CPO

- SaaS + Startup + Salesforce experience
