Roles & Responsibilities : Candidate will be responsible for - Building the lending business from ground up for Unsecured business. - Responsible for P&L with all responsibilities of sales, credit, risk and product. - Launch scalable products using alternative data and scorecard underwriting - Leading the overall business strategy for Lending along with P&L - Assessing and analyzing new market opportunities that could further enhance the new acquisition and retain the existing portfolio - Drive the department team to ensure that customers needs are met - Build long lasting relationships with the group members - Create a culture of high performance among staff within the department - Ensure that department's procedures are followed to mitigate risks. - Drive the actualization of financial and non-financial targets - Preparing Business plan - Expanding in new geographies
