Leadership Role - Testing - BFSI Domain

Position : 

- Leadership Role- Testing (BFSI IT) (Leading MNC IT Company)

Role & Requirements :

- 20-25 yrs of experience in Testing with extensive experience in Test Management, Test Maturity Assessment, Integration testing, Test Automation in the Banking Domain

- Supporting the Delivery Unit-Head in managing P&L for testing projects in the areas of Core Banking/ Online Banking/ Mobile Banking/ Payments etc.

- Should be a hands-on leader with banking/financial applications in a global delivery model with in-depth understanding of testing in a distributed Agile Delivery model

- Managing a portfolio of QA projects involving testing of Core Banking, Online Banking and Mobile Banking and Web Services

- Supporting multiple projects to understand QA needs, create QA Delivery strategies aligned to business needs, create and present proposals with success KPIs, create a delivery plan, execute the delivery plan to success

- Team Management

- Reviewing Test strategy, Automation/Performance and Device Testing Strategy in consultation with Test Managers for the products with complex business scenarios with high integration touchpoints

- Monitoring progress and share progress report with key stakeholders and identify actions for potential issues

- Managing resources, cost, time, priorities and critical paths and identify risks and mitigate with appropriate mitigation strategy along with the contingency plan

- Demonstrating expert-level knowledge in software test design, test execution, automation, CI-CD, defect management, defect analysis and prevention plan in a true agile delivery model

- Guide and oversee multiple-concurrent software testing projects and suggest testing strategy, test design and execution methodologies to ensure successful delivery

- Focusing on continuous QA improvements including usage of appropriate testing tools, test techniques, test automation

- Establish trust and maintain a good working relationship with internal/external stakeholders, Partners and liaise with development and support leaders to ensure a successful end-to-end delivery
