Job Roles / Responsibilities :
- Build relationship across levels in the internal customer organization (Locations/Inter-department) and manage dynamics within these relationships to positively influence the overall partnership with Business Unit
- Define the Talent Management framework for the organization
- Performance Mapping & Balance Score Card
- Indentifying, Engaging & retaining high talent employee pool with regular intervention
- Building High performance & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Succession planning - Develop, maintain and manage an engagement model and structure for the BU - including project reviews, steering committee meetings, PMO meetings
- Forecast TM requirements for an enriched employee
- Responsible for cost/budget related / impacting decision
- Ensure guidelines/process documents are created and updated periodically
- Identify and initiate alliances with other organization
- Anticipate and build capability based on future requirements of the BU /Location needs
- Implement Best practices within the organization /Industry
