Experience - 12+ years in Technology and Analytics recruitment.

Our client is a well known ITES MNC with a presence of over 18 years. It has an employee headcount of 7000+ and has more than 30+ companies on the Fortune 500 list as its clients.

Role Brief :

- This is a leadership TA role for technology and Analytics based recruitments.

- One should have extensive recruitment experience in Technology or Analytics - digital skills like Python, R, SAS, Machine Learning/ ML, GI, RPA, GCP, AI etc. or preferably both.

- You should have the ability to do hands on hiring for the above mentioned skills at across levels if required while leading a team of 22-25 team members.

- You should have managed senior stakeholders (diverse) and have an out of box thinking approach to bring innovation.

- The role is based at Navi Mumbai and reports to Head TA.

- Strong and hands on experience for Technology and Analytics hiring.

- Minimum experience 12+ years.
