Leadership Role - Supply Chain Operation - Process Industry

Looking for a leadership position in Supply chain operation in multinational company for India business.

Looking for leader to strategically drive Supply chain operations in India having more than 15-18 years of domain experience. Incumbents must possess excellent track record, high passion for performance, can work with large teams & collaborate for greater good of the organization. Only looking for people having major experience in process industry such as Lubricants, Paints, adhesives, chemicals etc.

1. Drive organization's overall supply chain operations including manufacturing, procurement, Sales & operations planning, Quality Management requirement, Logistics & warehousing to attain company's profitability & performance

2. Cross function integration & working with diverse teams including Region & Global.

3. Develops & Drive strategic plans to improve operations productivity, Quality and efficiency of Plant operations while ensuring compliance of HSE & Statutory governance. Maintaining high quality standards for operating systems and in compliance with global protocols.

4. Drive S&OP process to align the organization on the master by building supply chain capabilities and customer demand, offering alternative solutions to meet service levels, asset utilization and cost objectives with an effective team management of business drivers.

5. Implementing best practices in regard to Latest available technology, inventory and demand management in compliance with management across the group.

6. Formulate and manage procurement through local & international supplier with better pricing strategies, negotiations, and cost-effective suppliers to improve supply chain performance.

7. Develop and articulate comprehensive planning & warehouse model for undisruptive & cost-effective logistics operations.

8. Measuring progress & success of customer fulfillment delivery KPI (OTIF, damage free etc)

9. Lead & Drive large work force and cross functional teams Train, develop and motivate to achieve high level of performance efficiency & organizational goals.

10. Collaborative approach to define new standards of business operations.

11. Driving & Direct the business & result orientation in teams for greater good

12. Creating the vision and strategy for supply chain across organization, establishing the footprint, organization structure and team to execute this strategy with required results.
