Leadership Role - Supply Chain Consulting

Sales experience is a must for this role.

- CPG, retail, automotive, aviation, e-commerce, logistics (more) OR Digital Supply chain from Consulting background

- Large scale change management, solution oriented.

- Good understanding of entire life cycle of transformation journey.

- More of an advisory kind of role where in the sales target would be minimal for the initial year.

- Regional and national level role, global exposure (NA, EU preferred).

- Understanding of the nuances of technology.

- Ability to engage with stakeholders.

- Transformation exposure- Digital part of SCM.

- IC role- Travel is there by 30 %.

- Preferred Lean sigma exp (black belt not necessary).

- Career spanning experience in Supply Chain Management and Operations Management, Experience in end to end Supply Chain Management and Operations in Multiple industry.

- Target organization: TVS logistics - Transformation Profile , Marico, HUL, Capgemini - Consulting profiles, P&G, consulting organization with large global exposure.
