Role :
- Lead and manage Strategy and Operation team to ensure team could provide administrative support to outsourcing governance and drive Operation excellence for the process.
- Highly motivated individual with ability to identify and implement complex process improvements and lead project team with regional or global impact
- Strengthen the Strategy and Operation framework to be more forward-looking drive
- Ownership of governance controls and accountability to ensure timely delivery
- Be the key interface to ensure a smooth and quality delivery.
- Develop measures for monitoring operating performances for the origination process, e.g. adherence to guidelines and internal controls and
KPI's :
- Contribute to a variety of initiatives to improve the processes and system.
- Leadership position with responsibility for managing, leading and developing team
- Prepare and conduct regular training and awareness building sessions, to upkeep knowledge level of functional owners, and identified SME within project
- Stakeholder Management
- Proactively identify and drive improvements to materialize tangible efficiency gains, this covers also driving and liaison with IT on outsourcing to automate processes, maintain updated workflow process documentation and future adoption on automation covering all key elements.
Qualification :
- Experts in reinsurance/insurance knowledge and business processes
- Strong coaching and problem-solving skills
- Experts in knowledge and overview of business applications
- Have an excellent command of English and possess very good communication and influencing skills (written and verbal incl PowerPoint) that you easily leverage with stakeholders and senior management.
- Work in a fast pace and dynamic environment.
- Focus on Operational excellence by challenging status quo
- Highly motivated individual with ability to identify and implement complex process improvements and lead project team with regional or global impact
- Excellent organizer, inclusive and has passion to lead
