Leadership Role - Strategic Institutional Accounts (Leading MNC Pharma Co)
Role:
- Responsible for the strategic alliances across hospitals segments and improving the KAM approach
- Build long term strategic alliance with Leading hospitals, and promote service offerings to identify / create and fulfil commercial opportunities
- Develop customer relationships by understanding / anticipating needs and providing appropriate solutions to advance the sales process
- Responsible for defining, sustaining and continuously improving the KAM approach for the Hospital Segment
- Overall responsible for achieving sales targets across the product portfolio from Leading hospitals
- Lead a group of 2-3 team members
- Ownership of hospital segmentation (corporate & standalone)
Requirements:
- BPharm + MBA
- At least 12-15 years strong account management / sales experience in pharma, especially in the Institutional Segment
- Very strong understanding of pharma and healthcare institution business
- Established connects across the major stakeholders in healthcare / hospital business
- Strong business development and strategic mindset
