Key responsibilities:
- Building and leading strong sales city teams, who will be responsible for acquiring and managing relationships with the partners
- Aggressively scale up the partner network across cities, which is a core pillar of the business
- Identifying pain-points for each market and implementing innovative solutions to further evolve the product and service offering
- Consistently improving partner NPS by designing & executing plans for deeper engagement with the partners to address key industry problems
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key influencers in the industry to engage for strategic alliances
Desired candidate:
- 8-12 years of sales and partnering experience in a large complex environment
- MBA from a premiere institute is a must
- knowledge of performance reporting and forecasting
- Proven track record of managing and mentoring a skilled layered team
- Problem solving and structuring
- Data and metrics driven - result oriented. Excellent Excel, data management skills and presentation skills
