Candidates Profile : Meritorious Chartered Accountants /MBA's(FT-TOP INSTITUTIONS) with 18-20 years of Post- Qualification experience including leadership roles,with comprehensive finance& accounting covering Corporate Finance,Treasury, Accounting (IND-AS,IFRS),Audit interface with auditors of standing&repute, Analysis & decision making support, Planning,Budgeting, controlling, Forecasting, Taxation, MIS, ERP, Presentations to Top & Board levels etc with professionally run corporates, known for continuous Expansions, Diversification's, acquisitions, International & Domestic Fund raising, Regulatory/Compliance requirements, international JV's, pioneering initiatives in implementing latest in processes, certifications, operations, technology, systems, HR practices etc.

- Some exposure to Private equity, IPO , Investor relations etc preferred,but not mandatory.
