They are looking for Recruiter to be based at Bangalore with the following skills
- Total 2 to 5 years of experience working for product based requirements.
- Must have the ability to work end-to-end independently on Leadership Talent Needs (Senior Management - CTO Levels and minus 1 level) for reputed clients across IT and Non-IT vertical. The role involves extensive Industry Mapping and organization research, Executive research, Organization structures, Talent mapping, and various modes of Headhunting.
- Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, as a team leader and member.
- Possess strong analytic skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring top level, senior managers, and the recruiting team.
- Strong communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills.
