Position: Leadership Role - Real Estate & Facilities

Role:

- This is a Regional Leadership Role responsible for Real Estate & Facilities in India and across the Asia Pacific Region

- Optimise real estate strategy in terms of expense, optimal utilisation and minimum vacancy

- Ensure that global delivery standards are met in the region

- Balance objectives and align the Company's and the Line of Business's interests by building consensus and managing stakeholders

- Ensure alignment of global facilities and real estate strategy to regional decisions

- Monitor lease renewals/ expirations etc. and maintain a possible pipeline in advance

- Lead a team

Requirements:

- 20+ yrs of experience

- Extensive experience in Real Estate & Facilities in an MNC IT Company with regional responsibilities and International exposure

- Proven track record and understanding the complexities of Facilities and Real Estate Strategy and its integration with various disciplines

- Strong financial acumen

- Strong problem solving skills

- Collaborative and participative management style and sound decision making track record

- Good stakeholder management skills

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Open to travel across the region

- Good team management skills
