Leadership Role - Quality Assurance/Testing - IT

Position: Leadership Role - Testing and QA (Leading MNC IT Co)

Role:

- Lead a high performance team consisting of the Testing and QA workforce and investing in future competency building

- Responsible to define and deliver testing solutions to clients

- Responsible for assuring quality products by employing, establishing and enforcing Testing Standards, processes, principles and guidelines

- Responsible for building strategy and capability in areas like testing automation, functional and non-functional testing, integration testing, etc.

- Create and manage the ability to support multiple BUs by leading and growing the QA and Testing team

- Manage and grow relationships with CXO level stakeholders, and act as the QA and Testing Business Partner for the BUs

- Responsible for creating and growing global testing labs such as usability testing, device-based testing, etc.

- Be a key member of the Senior Leadership team of the organisation

- Work on institutionalising continuous QA improvements including usage of appropriate testing tools, test techniques, test automation, etc.

Responsibilities:

- 24+ yrs of experience in Testing/ QA with leadership experience in testing/ QA in the Banking and Financial Services Domain

- Experience in working in a globally distributed environment

- Should be able to guide and support multiple testing/ QA projects and ensure successful delivery

- Should have a strong backgroud in managing Testing and QA projects in the Banking and Financial Services domain

- Should have expert level knowledge and experience in software test design, test execution, automation, CI-CD etc.

- Experience in DevOps and Agile Methodologies

- Experience in Testing/ QA in Product Development will be preferred

- Very good communication and stakeholder management skills

- Very good team leading skills
