Leadership Role - Product Engineering Head (10-20 yrs)
Our client is a leading player in providing Human Capital Manager Solutions, looking to hire Product Manager to be based in Chennai.
Job Description :
- The Product Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, executing and maintaining the product life cycle for Client
- This position works closely with members of the systems development, technical support, operations and sales teams to ensure continuity in product offering and company goals
- In partnership with the aforementioned departments, the Product Manager will understand the business need and industry standard for the product, have technical background and be able to communicate clearly and effectively with clients as well as our internal teams
Essential Functions :
- Direct and perform all aspects of product development, product changes including development procedures, specifying components, product positioning
- Provide system and business level subject matter expertise to external and internal clients, Regularly assess market competition by comparing company's product to competitors' products and recommend strategies to improve market position and improve quality
- Ensure successful and on-time product implementation for new clients
- Perform Incident management and resolution of client complaints
- Generate ideas for new software products, or for the next version and long-term strategy of existing products
- Create product business plans, requirements, vision / road maps, feature sets, use case diagrams, mock ups, software development and deployment environments
Candidate Profile :
- Hands on experience in .net technology is mandatory
Experience: 10 to 20 years
