Leadership Role - Product Engineering - Digital

Responsibilities:

- To lead all aspects of technology for the family of digital products across design, build and run phases of product development while retaining a close alignment and hands-on approach to all architecture, development and IT operational aspects

- Overall leadership of technology design, execution, and operation for a product line's technology derived products owning the product delivery lifecycle from planning through development, implementation and operations

- Direct activities ensuring products are developed to schedule within quality standards and cost objectives meet market demands.

- Involvement with the ongoing product strategy including current UX and Cloud development trends

- Trusted advisor to the Product Owner supporting the use of technology to innovate in the product domain

Technical Requirements

- Be a highly technical, hands-on engineer or architect and an effective people manager with the history of building enterprise-class mission critical digital products

- Communicate across functions and drive engineering initiatives

- Participate in technical design and oversee all technology related issues of the product development

- Exceptional coding skills in one of the following: C++, Java, Javascript, Python or any of the modern languages including Scala, Ruby, etc.

- Deep understanding of the web technology stack (TCP/IP, HTTP, HTML, JavaScript, RESTful APIs, micro-services, API management platforms)
