Key responsibilities: &nbsp; In this role, you will be responsible to:&nbsp; - Manage and coordinate resources and processes to deliver software releases on time and with high quality - Work closely with Business operations in prioritizing and planning sprints/demos/releases etc. - Deliver on overall product vision and help come up with best engineering practices and continuous improvement. - Hire, nurture &amp; manage engineering talent and build high-performance product engineering teams. Qualifications Minimum qualifications: - 12+ years experience working through the design, development, release cycle and delivering software products to market - 6 years of management/ leadership experience in a software development organization required - Prior experience of backend development and algorithms - Hands on experience in building large scale system designs Preferred qualifications: - Ability to pick-up any new programming language / frame-work / technology stacks - Strong knowledge of Object Oriented Programming and Design Patterns - Prior experience in development as developer or sr. developer with Java, .Net or any other object-oriented programing language - Proof of successful software applications delivery as an individual, team leader and/or development manager - Clear understanding of cloud/SaaS like AWS, Azure, Google cloud, Salesforce.com. - Strong knowledge of BigData, AI, Machine Learning and other next-generation technology trends - Prior experience of working with enterprise product development in BFSI or F&amp;A domain. Knowledge of financial domain preferable - Strong leadership, technical program management, time management and problem-solving skills - Prior experience of entire PDLC using Agile/Scrum and Experience with Continuous Integration, continuous development, build Automation, DevOps and QA automation. - Working knowledge of scrum master with global distributed teams - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Cultural sensitivity to work with US teams and customers
