Leadership Role - Presales - BPO

Role: Leadership position into BPO Presales & Solutioning

BPO Organization mandatory

Experience required: 20+ years

Locations: Bangalore/Pune/Gurgaon/Chennai/Hyderabad

Domain exposure required: Any domain/Multiple domains (Retail/CPG/Manufacturing/BFSI,etc)

Responsibilities :

- A person having experience into Presales into any of the domains.

- A person who is an expert of any of the domains and heading the presales.

- Solutioning or Solution Design experience not must.

- At least 18-20 years of Presales experience required.

- Looking for smart and experienced professional from a BPO Presales background.

- Good knowledge of Solutioning.

- Will be heading RFPs/RFIs/RFXs.

- End-to-end ownership of the proposal's response to the client for timely submission.

- Deliver presentations and demonstrations internally and externally on all relevant solutions recommended to customer.

- Will be responsible for holding RFPs in his/her vertical.

- Build RFP responses.

- Global exposure required.

- Client Management.

- Should be from a BPO organization (Mandatory).
