Leadership Role - Predictive Modelling - Banking & Finance Domain

1. Experience in statistical modeling; Predictive Modelling. Retail Analytics Domain Experience (Retail Banking Business, Channel or Product Knowledge)

2. B.tech, Any Graduate, Masters in Economics / Econometric, Statistics, Mathematics, or Engineering or other Quantitative streams.

3. 7+ Years in analytics like Regressions, Clustering, CHAID, Segmentation and other modern techniques. Develop a predictive model.

4. Hands-on modeling Experience and Business Knowledge. Embed models in the business strategy so that campaigns drive income as per Retail Clients Strategy and P&L targets, specifically Drive Client-centric analytics with in-depth engagement

5. Analytics application usage experience - SAS

- Financial Analysis

- Business Analysis

- Statistical Modeling in SAS

- Strong Analytical aptitude and logical reasoning ability

- Strong presentation and communication skills.

- Strong process/project management skill

- Knowledge of analytical tools such as SAS/SQL and complex data sources

- Experience in one or more financial services businesses (cards, retail bank, mortgage etc)
