Leadership Role - Practice & Presales - IT Managed Services

Leadership role for Practice and Pre-Sales, IT Managed Services _PAN India Location

Location : Bangalore/Hyderabad/Noida/Mumbai/Pune

Required Experience and Skills :

- 12 to 18 years of experience in overall Infrastructure Management with at least 2-5 years exposure to Pre-Sales including Solution Design, Architecture and Operations is mandatory. We are not looking for a single technology specialist /architect. While Workplace Services / EUC is core to the role, we need people who can spread across and work with other IT service lines to meet requirements of large RFPs.

- Prior experience in pre-sales, solution design and solutions roles in a global organization is mandatory.

- Needs to have a thorough understanding of the Processes, Challenges and IT landscape in IT - ITSM, Devops, Digital tools, platforms, Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, packaging and deployment, depot services, partner relationship, Automation and Digital solutions pertaining to end users

- Should be able to clearly articulate and defend value, differentiation and pricing related components related to a deal

- Must have an operational background with a customer facing role. At least a few years of Global Delivery Experience with global teams (>100FTE) is highly preferred

- Experience in CPG, BFS and Manufacturing industry is good to have

- Must be willing to travel at short notice and work extended hours as needed

- Graduate from a reputed university with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Needs to have good knowledge of products and technologies across workplace services / End user Technologies.
