Role & Requirements :

- Build a team to work on payment gateway applications

- BE/ BTech/ MCA/ MTech/ MBA

- 16+ yrs of strong technical, hands-on experience in Software Engineering

- Experience in Financial Services / Cards/ Payments Technology with ability to lead teams and provide technical leadership is required

- Deep passion for technology and strong technical skills in Core Server Side Java, Spring, micro services, APIs, AWS/PCF and mobile application development

- Experience and ability in dealing with onshore stakeholders

- Should have good engineering experience in mobile/ ecommerce gateways in the payments/ online Banking area

- Should be adept with changing trends in the marketplace

- Good interpersonal and communication skills
