Role : - You will be a part of the Personal Care Innovation and NPD (New Product Development) function for the company. As a product innovator, you will be responsible for bringing innovative new packaged Personal Care products with healthy fortification from a wellness perspective. - You will drive the thinking on how daily usage of personal care items can be fortified with healthy, skin friendly ingredients to solve for wellness concerns, while still being high quality and providing a shelf life that a packaged product would require. - You will work with high quality third party manufacturers and third party labs, will be collaborating very closely with all stakeholders across the organization, hustling across timelines and delivering high quality and efficacious solutions from quality vendors. Responsibilities : - Drive the thinking on innovative Personal Care products for the brand - what products to go after, what to fortify them with vitamins & other natural goodnesses, how to achieve a high quality product - Work with the business teams to identify solutions for various conditions - Build relationships with third party manufacturers in the personal care space - Develop solutions with third party manufacturers and independent research labs - Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with manufacturers - Work with manufacturers to deliver a quality product in a timely manner Requirements : - Overall 5+ years work-ex - Experience in personal care development space - Ability to establish trusted partnerships with stakeholders - Knowledge of fortified products is an added plus but not a necessity - Willingness and drive to work in a high-adrenaline unstructured environment - Hunger and drive!
