Leadership Role - MS Azure Cloud Technology Services - IT

Position: Leadership Role- MS Azure Cloud Technology Services (MNC IT Company)

Role:

- The Company is building a practice around cloud readiness assessment, cloud migration and cloud managed services for their customers and this role will lead the MS Azure Cloud Managed Services

- Overall responsible for running MS Azure cloud managed services from the Company's India offices

- Act as a thought leader for technology-enabled business opportunities, in addition to partnering in the strategic planning, leading enterprise transformation through technology and evolving enterprise architectures

- Ensuring that all the service objectives, SLAs, and business partners expectations related to each service area are met

- Leading root cause analysis and developing corrective and preventive measures and following to closure

- Ensuring that the resource demand forecasting, planning and associated monthly billing is carried out in a timely manner

- Recruit and build a high performing team of experienced cloud business and technology leaders

- Conducting review meetings with management to review key operational performance metrics and plans

- Managing all risks effectively

- Managing transitions for the new services getting added to the Cloud managed service division

- Plan, develop, deploy and integrate innovative solutions that meet existing and future market/business needs with respect to functionality, performance, scalability, reliability, availability, etc

Requirements:

- BE/BTech required. MBA will be an advantage

- Relevant certifications in MS Azure areas preferred

- Should have 16-24 years of experience, out of which at least 3 years at a senior managerial level handling multiple service areas with large teams (50+ team members).

- Should have been in a Leadership role in AS Azure Cloud Technology Service Delivery for 3+ yrs

- Strong experience in leading and managing Microsoft Azure cloud technology services, including MS Azure Cloud assessment, migration, process improvement and managed services

- Must have exposure to global best practices in MZ Azure cloud technology area, hence prior experience of evaluation, migration and implementing cloud services in a shared environment for global corporations will be preferred

- Will be responsible for building and growing the Cloud business. The successful candidate will have local responsibility to develop the cloud engineering team and will lead platform build out and operations.

- Worked in large IT organizations and have experience in managing multiple service delivery teams executing Remote IT cloud managed services & functions.

- The ability to plan and monitor the progress of all the service areas against the defined service levels, and should have been accountable for service results, quality, schedule, scope and efforts

- Ability to establish and maintain excellent relationships with business partners

- Experience in building and managing multiple cross location teams

- Strong integrity & values

- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills - written and oral
