Leadership Role - Marketing - Automotive (7-10 yrs)
This position is responsible for Demand Management for company's business in India by working closely with the Management, Director and the cross functional teams.
- Lead Product Portfolio Analysis Define product strategy for India working closely with the Managing Director and Application Engineering Team.
- Monitor trends in the India emissions and fuel economy solutions market, and capture the implications for activities and operations.
- Model the economic situation in the India Turbocharger industry, including levels of demand, supply, capacity and costs, and their implications for pricing and competitor behavior
- Critically assess competitors- product and service offerings, to anticipate their future strategy and commercial behavior
- Partner with the India Customer Management organization to update and publish detailed forecasts and market demand
Requirements :
- Top-down- thinking - able to see the big picture and develop strategies to address important business challenge.
- Track record of establishing short and long term market and product growth goals, then executing operating plans to achieve them.
- Strategic Marketing skills - fluent and effective in Voice-of-Customer, needs-based segmentation and quantification of economic value
- Ability to understand and add value to high-level management interactions, with a proven ability to develop and - sell- creative business strategies.
