Leadership Role - Legal - BPO/KPO - LLB/LLM

We have an urgent opening with one of the largest global BPO/KPO.

Level : Leadership Level

Location : Pune

Experience : Core Operations Management folks; 8-10 years total with 3-4 years in contract management & 2 years in document reviewing (Exp/ knowledge over US contracts is preferable)

Qualification : LLB/LLM

Shifts : 24x7

- Law graduate from a premier university

- Should have excellent legal aptitude and vast experience in handling end to end contract management

- Excellent knowledge of US Contract laws and other principles underlying the law of contracts

- Experience in Contract drafting, negotiating, redlining, abstraction, summarization and playbook creation is mandatory

- Should have vast experience in handling industry standard Contracts Life Cycle Management (CLM) tools

- Should be clear on the concepts of Privilege and must have managed and delivered Legal Document Review (LDR) projects

- Should possess very impressive academic statistics and proficient in client managing deliverables

- Should have excellent command over the English Language both in written and oral communication

- Should have handled and mentored review teams on multiple projects

- Should possess willingness to learn at a fast pace and exposure to quality parameters

- Should be proficient or at least possess basic knowledge of computers and computer applications

- Should be able to pick up process knowledge, workflows and operating procedures and manager's instructions
