Leadership Role - IT Product Development - Digital Banking Domain - IT (18-23 yrs)
Position: Leadership Role in IT Product Development (Digital Banking) (Leading MNC IT Company)
Role:
- This is a Leadership role responsible for all Design and Development of all Digital Banking/ Digital Channel IT Products
- Ensure timely and quality development of the products
- Responsible for program planning (including infrastructure and manpower), execution, governance and team management
- Plan and deliver product implementations which meet specified performance and cost criteria within the development budget and timetable
- Responsible for project revenue, margin maximization and optimal utilization
Requirements:
- 18-23 yrs of experience in delivering IT solutions globally
- Extensive experience in Product Development with teams across multiple locations
- Digital Transformation experience in Banking, Channel Banking and Core Banking domain experience strongly preferred
- Strong global stakeholder management skills
- Deep skills in project management
- Good understanding of Agile Methodologies
- Strong written and oral communications skills
- Prior experience working with.Net technology is desirable
- Strong team management experience
