Position: Leadership Role in Information Security/ Cyber Security (Leading MNC IT Company)

Role:

- To manage the Security Services consisting of Cyber Security, Application Security Testing, Security Monitoring Operations, PCI Compliance, Vendor Risk Management, Privilege Account Monitoring, Digital Forensics etc. for the company globally from India offices

- Managing service delivery teams including application security testing, PCI consulting, vendor risk management, 24x7 security monitoring services, etc

- Ensuring that all the service objectives, SLAs, and business partners expectations related to each service area are met

- Leading root cause analysis and developing corrective and preventive measures and following to closure

- Establish the Company's Cyber Security strategy in line with broader Cyber Security objectives; have passion for cyber security innovation

Requirements:

- BTech/ MTech/ MCA. MBA will be an added advantage

- 20+ yrs of experience in Information security/ cyber security

- Strong exposure in Application Security Testing (Penetration Testing), PCI-DSS standards, Risk management, Cyber Security and Security monitoring services. Prior hands-on experience will be preferable

- Worked in large IT organizations and have experience in managing multiple service delivery teams executing Remote IT security services & functions

- Experience along with strong understanding of offshore services - offshore service model, team hiring and management, service transition, service operations, service reporting, service billing etc.

- Experience in driving continuous improvement in project deliveries and individual / team performance

- The ability to establish and maintain excellent relationships with business partners.

- Experience in building and managing multiple cross location teams

- Must demonstrate strong experience in leading and managing multiple security services

- Apart from operational excellence, we are looking for a demonstrated track record in leading transition, process improvement in order to enhance service levels, increasing capacities and addressing evolving needs of the business

- He/ she must have exposure to global best practices in this area, hence prior experience of implementing security services in a shared environment for global corporations will be preferred

- Skilled at Team Management

- Strong knowledge of the financial services / Payments Domain
