Position: Leadership Role - IAM Security Engineering (Leading MNC IT Company)

Role:

- This is a leadership role to manage the global IAM team based out in India.

- This position is primarily to manage end to end IAM deliverables as per the defiend roadmap, provide thought leadership and direction to the teams and partner with the leaders back in the US in understanding and executing on the IAM roadmap

- Responsible to deliver IAM roadmap for Authentication, Identity and Access Management

- Help support define and implement the IAM roadmap to protect the company and its customers

- Lead offshore teams, define KPIs, provide strategic direction and be hands on where required on IAM solution and implementation

- Partnering with Onsite teams to ensure all operate as ONE team with unified goals

- Take the IAM global team responsibilities to the next level, in alignment with the roadmap

Experience:

- BE/ BTech with certifications in cybersecurity such as CISSP, CISM, CISA or other certertifications strongly preferred

- 20+ yrs of overall experience, with extensive experience in Cybersecurity with specific emphasis on IAM

- Global Delivery Leadership, Strategy, Execuction, and Management experience

- Collaborates with peer managers and IAM Architecture and Build teams to maintain an ongoing IAM strategy and create a production that addresses the needs of the business

- Knowledge of technologies and tools related to Identity and Access Management

- Ability to handle and deliver compelex transformation IAM programs

- Focus on Automation first, Engineering mindset - Automate processes where required and maintain concept of continuous improvements

- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance processes and standards

- Directs his/her teams to provide operational excellence and support, including engaging other teams to delight the customer

- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Ability to build strong relationship with leaders across the organization

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Experience working with geographically distributed global teams

- Agile experience a plus
