Our client is a leading Organisation in Technology(100 Billion $ company)

Designation: HR Leader(Leadership Role)

Handle a strong team and report to Global CHRO of the organization.

Location: Bangalore

Mandates: Experience with a product based MNC.

Roles & Responsibilities :

As the Head HR, the incumbent will be required to deliver strategic HR initiatives across the organization. At the operational level, he/she will be responsible for driving the Organization Development, Talent Acquisition, Management and Retention, Learning and Development and the various HR interventions at all levels of management with key responsibilities being :

- Building a strong leadership team followed by appropriate structures and processes.

- Serve as a pivotal member of the senior management team responsible for formulation of short term / long term people plans and enhance the overall talent at each level with a strong pipeline and bench strength.

- Drive the periodic review of organization structure, lines of reporting and delegation of authority to align it with the needs of the organization, and ensure speed and flexibility in decision making.

- Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive HR policy framework and process across the employee life cycle - recruitment, induction, performance management, assessment, training & development, compensation & benefits and career & succession planning.

- Encourage a culture of openness, motivation, and excellence through the effective design and implementation of training and development interventions, open and frank feedback, etc.

- Focus on enhancing the internal brand equity with high employee engagement, develop the organization as an Employer of Choice by continuously benchmarking with best practices in the industry and upgrading HR policies and programs.

Profile And Personal Attributes :

- Over 9-14 years of experience with any of product setups.

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources

- Ability, skill, and expertise in people interaction, negotiation, and issue resolution. Track record in identifying and recruiting high-quality talent with a strong pipeline and bench strength.

- Great communicator with an inclusive, open, management style effective at building relationships across all levels and various functions of the organization.

- Strong strategic and conceptual ability while having eye for detail, likes metrics to measure and improve things, is objective and process driven.

- Strong integrity and value system, good communication skills and an entrepreneurial personality with the aptitude to roll up one's sleeves and provide leadership by example, someone who says I would like to have my company listed as the best place to work.
