Leadership Role- HR Operations & Transformation
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
- Delivery of HR Services Provision
- Accountable for delivery of all BAU of HR Services. These include Payroll, Advisory services and in market Tax, Legal & Statutory activity.
- Understand company strategy and interdependencies to advocate and strengthen connections between the two teams
- Attend HR's key strategic/operational meetings
- Bring teams together to calibrate & facilitate execution for seamless One HR experience
- Facilitate in scope execution of HR strategies & specific plans
- Helps in identifying opportunities related to simplification, standardization of the services for a seamless experience from both local & global HR Teams
- Monitor & flag the risks related to implementation in regards to quality and TAT (turn around time) on time, through the project managers to both local & amp; Global HR leaders on agreed cadence
- Help facilitate discussions related to due diligence, opportunity assessment to find synergies.
- Help in change effective change management
- Open to travel across the global locations to help identify opportunities for improvement
- Budget Management - Management of operational budgets in and across multiple markets ensuring efficiencies and value can be delivered
- Stakeholder management - Responsible for managing relationships with x7 market HRDs and senior HRLT members.
- Leadership - Leading the direct and indirect report market teams. Leading global projects & transformation activity and supporting the design/implementation of the HR services long term strategy for markets
- Talent Development - Developing a pipeline of talent across the HR Hub
- Organisation Effectiveness - Design and implementation of the organisation design for the small/mid size market hub
- Digital Transformation - Transformation of in market and global projects/activities, with a focus on digital transformation and simplicity.
Must have technical /professional qualifications:
- 3+ years leadership experience
- 10+ years in a HR Operational environment
