Leadership Role - Financial Planning & Analysis (8-12 yrs)
- Understands the overall organization/team's vision / goals for the year and the role MIS needs to play in its achievement
- Prepares the goals/objectives and budget for the organization by taking inputs from seniors and juniors, internally and externally
- Responsible for leading the planning, budgeting and forecasting exercise
- Develop financial models for forecasting and budgeting
- Work closely with various teams across the vertical to proactively provide financial insights, assess financial deviations in - Planned vs. Actuals, analyse the reasons
- Collaborate with Partners and Executive Directors on business proposals and provide SME inputs in areas related to value proposition of analytics for better and faster insights
- Vigorous monitoring and controlling the development of strategic and business plan
- Produce time sensitive information and provide actionable data that will assist Senior Management in planning and managing the core functions of the business
- Analysis of business through revenue & expense gap statement
- Sustaining and improving MIS reporting for internal divisions
- Competition benchmarking and peer review analysis
