Spectral Consultants is hiring for Financial Due Diligence/Transaction Advisory/Deal Advisory/ Mergers and Acquisitions with one of the top 10 Consulting firm.
Requirements :
1. Relevant external audit experience working with a public accounting firm and/or mergers and acquisitions transactions experience or experience in statutory accounting/Financial Due diligence
2. Chartered Accountancy degree or MBA in Finance from a premier institute with 2-12 years of experience.
3. Experience in FDD/external audit working with a public accounting firm and/or mergers and acquisitions transactions experience or experience in statutory accounting / Financial Due diligence/ Merger and Acquisitions/ Deal Advisory/Transaction Advisory
4. Required candidates working for India/Country Practice
