Leadership Role - Finance & Accounts - Manufacturing - CA (15-25 yrs)

Job Purpose:

To lead and direct the Financial Accounting, Costing, Statutory Compliances, Commercial, Taxation, International transfer pricing, Purchase functions at the company and be responsible for responsible for ensuring that the control functions are performed according to company policy and procedures along with total compliance with all local regulations and GAAP.

Key Responsibilities -

- Be responsible for all Financial Accounting, Costing and Statutory functions of the company in India.

- Secure compliance with the Group policies and instructions as well as compliance with local laws and regulations, including fiscal authorities

- Constantly analyze & understand all external & internal accounting information, in order to report all significant numbers, indicators and trends to the management

- Lead a team of 10-15 persons with a mix of professionals and graduates. Coordinate the activities of entire finance group across India (covers sales and service office and three manufacturing units)

- Ensure accurate and timely availability of MIS both for Global and Local management

- Represent the Company towards government, tax office, insurance company and officials and local community. Liaise with Bankers, Solicitors, internal and external auditors as well as revenue authorities when required.

- To be active in the motivation, direction and organization of Finance personnel.

- To ensure development and adherence of various control points.

Qualification & Experience:

- CA with minimum of 15 - 20 years of post-qualification experience in a finance / accounting role in manufacturing set up / project execution

- Extensive knowledge and understanding of Direct and Indirect Taxation and regulations.

- Substantial experience in managing financial and accounting procedures in a large organization.

- Experience of handling business size of around 300 Cr plus.

- Good leadership skills and organizational experience, as well as ability to motivate others as a team and build the right service-mindset in the finance team.

- Knowledge and experience in preparing and analyzing management reports, analyzing performance against budgets / plans, improving system efficiency, product costing, cost audit, planning and forecasting.

- High level business ethics and ability to make autonomous decisions based on corporate values and contractual practices.

- Should be well verse of any ERP like SAP or M3.
