Leadership role in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Education: M.B.A, C.A. or C.F.A - Should have minimum 10+ years of work experience preferably 3+ years in consulting and business development - Should have good experience with exposure to major EPM - Must have at least 2 full lifecycles implementation experience in implementing EPM/technology (Hyperion Tools Suite, BPC, Cognos TM1, PBCS, OneSource etc...) - Must have experience in handling at least 10-15 resources independently. - Good experience in Hyperion Financial Management (HFM)/Hyperion Financial Data Quality Management (FDM) - Strong experience in Financial Analyses, Analytics, Financial Consolidation, Planning &amp; Budgeting and Strategy, Finance Transformations etc - Functional experience in Finance transformation projects across all phases i.e. Plan, Design, Build, Test and Deploy, preferably involving implementation of Enabling technology, tools and Software applications - Functional experience in Digital Finance, Planning and budgeting processes, KPI Identification and Management and financial reporting. - This resource would be a program lead with responsibilities to drive clients through the design of application-based solutions, leveraging process knowledge of planning/forecasting and technology/systems integration experience - combining technology and data models. - Should be comfortable working at the highest levels of client organizations and interacting closely with - C- level executives - Flexible enough to travel to global customer locations
